Alternate Pavements; to exercise this option, separate pay items, descriptions and quantities are included in the itemized proposal for each of the two alternates. The bidder shall bid only one of the two alternates and leave the contract unit price column blank for any pay item listed for the other alternate.
The bidder shall submit a Bid Guaranty meeting the requirements of Section 102 of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction. MoDOT's bid bond forms are available on MoDOT's website. Annual bid bonds shall be submitted to MoDOT by June 15th of each year.
