If the Contractor fails to correct the unsatisfactory conditions within 5 days, the Procurement Services Manager may declare this contract terminated upon 30 days written notice.

In the event of termination hereunder, the Contractor and/or surety will be liable and assessed for any and all costs for the re-procurement of the contract services.
