IDIQ MACC Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, Northern and Central California and Nevada

This is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle for commercial and institutional building construction services in Northern and Central California and Nevada. The contract is issued by the Department of Defense, Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Southwest. As an IDIQ, this is a blanket agreement framework rather than a single project; contractors who are awarded will be eligible to bid on individual task orders as they are issued. The specific scope of work, project locations, and construction trades (which may include general contracting, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, or other building trades) will be defined in individual task orders released under this contract vehicle.
