SAID CODE SECTION ALSO MAKES IT A MISDEMEANOR TO SUBMIT A BID ON THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT HAVING A PROPER LICENSE.

I acknowledge and agree that I, as the Prime Contractor, and each of my listed Subcontractors, must be registered as a "Compliant Fleet" with the California Air Resources Board ("CARB") at the time of bid submittal, OR that I, and each of my listed Subcontractors, must submit a statement attesting to the fact that I or any Subcontractor are not subject to the High Priority and Federal Fleets regulations in CCR Title 13, §2015 through 2015.6 and the State and Local Government Fleets regulations in CCR Title 13, §2013 through 2013.4.

NOTE: Respondent acknowledges by signing this form that it is required to complete the SBE Sub-Participation Form acknowledging their good faith effort towards SBE Sub-Participation and/or meet the goal as the prime contractor as a certified SBE (if goal is established).
