Liquidated Damages: Contractor shall pay liquidated damages to City for failure to complete the entire Work by the Completion Date (as extended, if applicable) in the amount of _N/A_ for each calendar day after the Completion Date (as extended, if applicable), continuing to the time at which the entire Work is completed.

Prevailing Wage Requirement: This Contract is subject to the provisions of Sacramento City Code section 3.60.180 which requires, among other things, that Contractor pay not less than the prevailing rate of wages, as determined by the Director of the California Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to California Labor Code section 1773, for:
