Emergency Collapse of Structure

The City of Sacramento Community Development Department seeks an emergency on-call contractor to collapse or demolish immediately dangerous buildings on an as-needed basis. The work is nonprofessional services for the City of Sacramento, California, and includes razing of buildings or portions thereof, removal of debris, and site restoration. The contractor must be a California-licensed General Contractor (C-21) with at least two years of experience in commercial and/or government demolition work, available 24/7 with a 90-minute emergency response time.
