Commercial Waste Compliance Outreach Services

The City of Sacramento, Department of Public Works, is seeking a firm to develop education and outreach campaigns for commercial waste generators (businesses and multi-family properties) on mandatory recycling related to California State Senate Bill 1383 and other recycling laws, as well as general outreach for compliance with the City's commercial waste regulations and enforcement.
