The City of Sacramento, Department of Human Resources, seeks professional recruitment services to support citywide hiring across multiple departments for both executive and civil service positions. The selected firm(s) will provide comprehensive recruitment services including sourcing, candidate screening, assessment, interview coordination, and hiring support, with emphasis on equitable and inclusive practices aligned with the City's Race & Gender Equity Action Plan.
