Liquidated Damages for Wage Violations

Bidder shall, as a penalty to District, forfeit twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) for each worker employed in the execution of this Contract by Bidder or by any Sub-Contractor for each calendar day during which such worker is required or permitted to work more than eight (8) hours per day.
