The failure to submit an Addendum A or to otherwise comply with the requirements of the CWTA on this project may also result in a future determination that the Contractor and/or subcontractor is not responsible (pursuant to City Code section 3.60.020) when bidding on future projects for the City of Sacramento.
To be eligible for award of this contract, the bidder shall list the business entities (subcontractors and/or suppliers) used to attain the 5% LBE requirement or preference (depending on your total bid amount). Estimated dollar values and physical business addresses (subject to verification) shall be provided for all work / services listed. The failure to attain the 5% LBE participation or the inclusion of false information or the omission of required information will render the bid non-responsive.
